INTEGRITY
Everything boils down to integrity
“Whether it is being openly accountable, gaining the trust of stakeholders, responding to changing landscapes, or pushing boundaries to optimize horse health and longevity – integrity is a value that embodies all of these actions.
Integrity is a value that exemplifies all that I strive to be. I work hard to be a fair, polite, respectful, informed, progressive, honest and transparent human. I diligently apply myself to challenges faced, and understand that working with colleagues and clients with different views is both challenging and deeply rewarding. Communicating openly, calmly, and with respect, is a non-negotiable part of who I am as a clinician and a person. Trust is hard won and easily lost.”
